Centering on research and surveys through Mitsui Outlet Park Hokuriku Oyabe (Oyabe City, Toyama Prefecture), the two parties will cooperate in a wide range of fields such as human resource exchange and development, community development, and social joint development projects, with the aim of regional development.

The outlet park will be used as a place for research, demonstration of experiments, and research presentations to promote innovative research. First, Mitsui Fudosan and University of Toyama have started three joint studies. Koji Onishi, professor at the university’s Faculty of Humanities, studied the ripple effects of “Outlet Park” on tourism resources in the city.
