“HARUMI FLAG” is a large-scale town consisting of 23 residential buildings with 5,632 units and commercial facilities, and is expected to have a lot of energy demand. In addition, complex energy management is also required in order to utilize extensive infrastructure that uses hydrogen and solar power as new sources of energy.
For this reason, the area network connecting the entire block will centrally manage the large-capacity energy information data of each block, aiming to realize efficient energy operation. By analyzing the collected energy information (power usage results, weather information, etc.), more accurate demand forecasting is possible, and an efficient hydrogen consumption plan and control plans for various facilities can be made.
The AI learning function enables more accurate predictions by accumulating data. In addition, the environmental load can be reduced, and cost benefits, such as in electricity bills, can be expected.
